Merger March 7?

What is the deal going on with this merger ?wasn’t it supposed to be completed March 7th according to the notification. So why is it almost March 9 and no notice or information to explain the delay this just seems so suspicious that It might not turn out well for investors. Normally a merger is a good thing in the stock market for investors. But this one is riding with suspicion that it might not be
